Beware of Acquisitions on bagalur road near IT PARK HOSUR
The Krishnagirei collector has issued warnings and notice on behalf of Elcot to acquire more lands for Hosur IT PARK in Sennasandiram and sub villages adjoining viswanatahpuram. A Banner has been placed in the IT park area and the Hosur SUB Registrar 's office warning the public to be aware of these acquistions.
Sources say that all lands under PAIMASHI lands on Bagalur road are likely to acquired very shortly which is known as ZERO Survey nos. These lands were once awarded to s family called Kamalamma family in which they were allowed to do agriculture. But after some time it changed hands. The Revenue department does not issues any Khatha or Patta for these lands to the buyers and also does not recogonise these sale.

IT PARK IN HOSUR TO COMMENCE 50000 SFT ADMIN. BUILDING
The Govt of tamilnadu has sanctioned
CHENNAI: The Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT) has obtained the Centre’s approval for establishing a special economic zone in Hosur to house an information technology park, Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi told the Assembly on Wednesday.
Replying to a query from T. Senguttuvan (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) during question hour, he said 172.19 acres at Viswanathapuram village in Hosur taluk had been transferred to ELCOT.
To another query on the State’s software exports, he said exports for 2007-2008 were expected to be to the tune of Rs.26,000 crore. In 2005-2006, they were Rs.14,400 crore and the next year, Rs.21,700 crore.
